
Whenever a new Pilatify app class is filmed, it will appear in the ‘Recently Added’ category or at the top of each category.
At the top right of each class image, there’s a star. Click on this star and this class will appear in your favourites folder. You can then revisit them again and again!
Please have a mat or soft surface, a stretchy band and ball plus something to rest your head on. Occasionally we will use other props which you can find around the house.
Yes - if you click on the search bar at the top of the classes page. You can use the filter tabs at the top of each category page. You can search by class name, class type, props used and so much more!

By joining Pilatify on web you have access to my on demand content and my live classes. By joining Pilatify on app you also have access to my in-app community chats, challenges and programs as well.
I deliver my live classes using Zoom. You can find my Zoom URL in 'Newsfeed' on the app or drop me a line on info@claireseagerpilates.com
When you arrive in class you will be in a “lobby area” where I can chat with you, using voice or a chat box. Once I hit record, you will be muted but I can still see you and you can see me. At the end of the recording, you can either leave or re-join me in the lobby if you have any comments or questions. The class will be uploaded to the library if you want to do it again.
You have the option to allow video and microphone access during live classes or not. You can also turn your mic or video off at any time! Please note that ONLY the instructor's screen and microphone are recorded during live classes.
You can cancel your subscription anytime, no questions asked. I appreciate all the feedback that I can get to ensure that my platform serves my community. So all feedback is encouraged.
Yes, please drop the team an email and they will suspend your account for a prescribed amount of time and drop you an email reminder when it’s about to be reactivated support@sudor.fit
You can cancel your subscription by either contacting the support team at support@sudor.fit or heading to your account and clicking on “View/Cancel subscriptions”. You can then click on “Manage Subscription” and cancel your subscription.
