I have now signed up for Pilatify and I have to say that the site is very good, easy to navigate and I'm sure we'll make use of the library while we're away. I particularly think the optional length of sessions is really useful, not that 45 mins is too long, just great to have the option to put in a shorter session into our very busy retired lives.

I happened to be flying to New York today so when you mentioned your Stretching For Travels video I made a point of logging into Pilatify and doing the stretches as soon a I got to my hotel room. I've barely seen a sky scraper yet but the Pilates stretching has been the best part of the day.

Since starting Claire’s Pilatify on-line classes I have managed to do every Monday evening class live and have caught up the majority of the Thursday morning sessions, by watching the recorded class. I’ve surprised myself by doing two sessions a week! The classes have strengthened my core , which is particularly noticeable when raking in the garden and similar tasks!

Thanks for your excellent selection of online Pilates classes. Doing the Move and Thrive classes each week is certainly making a difference to me (including tennis overheads as I can now reach a bit higher). I don’t think I’ve quite got a new body, as per Joseph Pilates quote, but I’ve certainly got a stronger and slightly more flexible one after almost 10 years!
